That procedure that works i got from a friend who got it to work that way that's why i posted it so it could help others. In your case you can try this once you are done factory reset and loading factory file for your receiver.

Load the latest iks file Premium v240.
Scan sats you are interested in.
Plug dongle into serial port of receiver
Plug ethernet cable from router to dongle
Go into installation IP Config and enter:
Setting Type: Static
Local ip: 192.168.1.101
Local Port: 1920
Subnet: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.1.1
Use Dns: Yes
Server IP: svftaiks.com
Dns Ip: 208.67.222.222
server port: 1920
serial Number from Dongle
Apply
