We can use the program below and maybe get you up and running.The program will allow me to see your problem from my end.If you choose to follow instructions one by one.Let us know.



1.) you need to go to TeamViewer . Com
2.) download "Start Full Version-It's Free" On your desktop
3.) click on download on desktop and click Run
4.) click on Install
5.) click on Personal / Non-Commercial Use
6.) put a check in both box's in License Agreement
7.) click on Normal Installation (default) leave all other fields blank
8.) click on Full Access (recommended)
Wait for program to install and then click finish.


Just send me a pm/personal message and say your ready and teamviewer is installed and we will go from there.
Only disclose your ID and password numbers in private messaging/PM's and nowhere else.
