OK looks like you will have to go old school here. Loading the file using null cable. Here is the link for the loader ( it's SV 4000 Loader but it should work on SV 8000 ) http://ftaprofessionals.tv/showthread.php?t=78 Download the Loader to your PC unzip it and then download How to load a file using SV loader found here http://ftaprofessionals.tv/showthread.php?t=184 Then load the factory file for SV 8000 http://ftaprofessionals.tv/showthread.php?t=70 let the receiver fully reboot. After you loaded factory file using null cable load the latest SV 8000 fix using the same method http://ftaprofessionals.tv/showthread.php?t=1461

Read everything and follow all the steps carefully and let us know if that solved your problem. Good luck and make sure you unzip all files before using them.
