Default Parental Control Rating

CW 600s Premium offers very use full feature "Parental Control Rating" in there receivers. Here are a little definition for all rating categories offered in CW600s Premium and also a “How-to” to set your receiver according to your needs. You have to set all categories individually to YES if you want to restrict multiple ratings.

Definition for Different Ratings


PG
(PARENTAL GUIDANCE)
PG means rated program may contain some material parents might not like to expose to their young children-material that will clearly need to be examined or inquired about before children are allowed to attend the program.

PG-13
(PARENTAL GUIDENCE STRONGLY SUGGESTED)
PG-13 means rated program not recommended for children under the age of 13. Parents should be especially careful about letting their younger children watch PG-13 programs.

R
(RESTRICTED)
R signifies that no children under the age of 17 can watch this program unless accompanied by an adult. Parents should be especially careful about letting their younger children watch Restricted programs.

NC-17
(NO ONE 17 AND UNDER ADMITTED)
NC-17 signifies that under this rating No Children under the age of 17 admitted at all. NC-17 rating cautions American parents would feel that the program is patently adult and that children age 17 and under should not be allowed to watch it.

NR/AO
(NOT RATED OR ADULT ORINTED)
NR/AO means program is strictly adult and all children under age 18 not allowed watching any programs rated as NR/AO.
