Red face Pleeease ekim!

Ekim, I'm going nuts with this. Since you wrote the last suggestions to me, I have tried several times yesterday and today. I power on the receiver with both back and front buttons, and it does go to BOOT; but a few seconds after the factory files are loading, it stops and displays either E0:00 or 00:01, or something like that.

Would you please go over the steps once more for me? pleeeease! I have just erased both factory and Dec. 14th files for Captiveworks 600s Premium and re-downloaded again, just to make sure I got the correct ones (although I'm sure I got them right the first time). I have two receiver, but I haven't tried the second one (which still shows scrambled) because I don't want to mess that one up too.

THANKS !!!

Keep trying to load the factory file it may take few try's before the file loads. That is the best way of fixing it, really the only other way is to clone the receiver using the one that is currently working.

Have you unzipped the file before loading ? Do you have a different cable that you can use ? Unplug the receiver for about 5 min before you try loading the factory file.

Cool thanks, I fixed it!

Ekim, Zero, I never got to tell you that it worked. I cloned the scrambled undamaged receiver to the one that was messed up and at first, nothing happened, but the next day when I turned it on, it was working again... then I downloaded the factory files and the lattest fix bins on both receiver.

Thanks for the help. Now it is back to normal "scrambling every 5 minutes or so, but I can deal with that. haha !

Good job.

You can try a hard reboot or turn off the Auto roll and auto TP and it should reduce the freezing.
