CaptiveWorks650 not working after loading new fix
Have a captive works 650 box, installed the most resent update from 12-19-08 and when i try to scan channels, nothing gets scan and the few channels that get scan say srcamble channel. Any tips?

Tell us more about your setup such as whats sats your aimed at.But for starters check and make sure your locked in on sats and got good quality 80 percent or better.Make sure you have right lnb settings entered.Make sure your port settings are set correctly.You can also try a factory reset and load factory file and latest fix then setup your sats and rescan.Let us know

You can also try factory reset then rebooting your receiver via rear switch and then do the scan. Let us know how you made out and if you need more help.
