You can try factory reset, load factory file then the latest file set up your ports and rescan your sat's again.

ok, i tried the fix file and it loaded but all of channels I try are scrambled. Was this fix for bev keys or dishnet keys?

BEV has been down for a while, there is no fix for BEV only DN. If you are pointed at BEV you might want to change your sat's to DN. Here is a link on how to do that. http://www.ftaprofessionals.tv/showthread.php?t=522
