CW800 loosing the files Help!!
My CW800 keeps loosing the files. It shows channels scrambled and when one turns it off, then reboot, the channels are unscrambled. What can I do to fix this? Your input is appreciated

We are experiencing a new ECM/HIT, new files are needed and they will be posted as soon they become available.

Our reports show that CW receivers aren't effected by this ECM. Do a hard boot turn your receiver OFF and back ON via rear switch. If that doesn't work do a factory default and rescan your sat's. Let us know if you are still experiencing problems with your receiver.
