receiver problems (help)
captiveworks 600 premium
affter turning receiver on from the back i get a red ligth which mean that is on, than it displays boot and it freses on boot, and the front power button does nothing i tryed to get the factory software installed but no success, need some help

Does your tv show any on screen display?The reason I ask is because I had the same problem and after thinking the receiver was fried I connected to the tv and seen the receiver lock was on and would not boot up.
