Some of the files released did not work the way they should so we have been waiting for the files to be tested first.

CaptiveWorks might not be the first brand that comes out with fixes but when they do their fixes are solid. Sure u might see Coolsat having a fix they came out with the fix first yesterday but it was no good. Then they wrote another fix and it's still no good. And this goes for a few other brands as well not just Coolsat. I have tested a few different CW receivers and i have nothing bad to say about them and support has always been there, the only receiver i wouldn't recommend right now is CW Ultima. It's a very new receiver and there is still a few glitches that need some fine tuning.
