Are you using a RS232 Null Modem cable or USB to Serial cable?

Turn it OFF via rear switch and let is sit for a few minutes then turn it back ON that should get you out of boot mode.

If you can not load the file:

Try this:

You have two options. Try cloning your box from another working CW with the current bin by connecting them together with a null modem cable.

Turn on the working box, when it completes its boot process, press the front power button to power the box off, and into standby.

Turn on the second box from the back switch, the display on the first box should say "H", enter 444 on the box, and allow download to complete, once done, the first box will say "end" the second will reboot, when finished, turn off back switch, and re-connect to D!ish.

Option 2, re-flash box in boot mode. While holding front power button on, turn on the rear power button, box should say "boot" load current bin.
