is the fix not working for the captiveworsks ultima ?

From what I read the Ultima is working fine.Have you got both 110 and 119 programed?Tell us more about what your receiver is doing.

got both of the it was working before it got hit then i put the new fix on it now it don't work

Did you try a hard boot?What cnl are you leaving it on to autoroll?I put my receivers on 120 and wait for AR.You can try reloading fix again that may help.Let us know we will get it figured out.

I would do a factory reset using your remote control then load the factory file then the new fix. Setup the dish settings and scan for channels. This will fix all of your problems 90% of the time.
