Default captive works premium fix files

When will the new fix files be availiable. The last we had was 02/27 but my receiver will no longer work with this file. All channels are scrambled and have been scrambled for the past 1/2 month. Any new?

The last fix for CW is still working, there was some freezing but hard boot will fix that.
Try turning it off from back of receiver, leave it off for about a minute,
then turn it back on again.

PS. Next time if you have problems with your receiver don't wait 2 weeks to ask for a solution, we are here to help. Let us know if that solved your issue.

Default tried reloading fix and hard boot option

I noticed after coming in from off the road that it was down I tried a hard boot and when that didn't work tried reloading which also did not succeed any more options?

Default

You can try factory reset, load factory file then the latest file and rescan. That fixes the problem most of the time.

Default Scamble Channels for Cw premium

I am having the same problem. I thought it was me so I just Reloaded the Factory settings and the new bin fill from 2-27-09 and it does not work. I keep getting scambled channel just like you.

Unhappy Scamble Channels

I am having the same problem. I thought it was me so I just Reloaded the Factory settings and the new bin fill from 2-27-09 and it does not work. I keep getting scambled channel just like you.

Our reports show that by turning the receiver OFF via rear switch and leaving it OFF for a few min and turning it back ON fixes the freezing on CW Premium receivers.

Smile It WORKED!!

It worked just like you said. I first turned it off waited a couple of minutes and turned it back on from the back but it didn't work. Then I disconnected the unit from the power outlet, waited again a couple of minutes then connected the power back and turned on the unit. That did it right away.Try it. Thanks!!!

Unhappy Channel scrambled

I am still having the same problem with the scambled channel after I downloaded the 2-27-09 bin file. It was workig fine for about two weeks then one day I went in to the room where the cw-600s premiem box is and I got this message.
Since then I have tryed revamping the cw-600s and I can not get it running again. I put in the 1.09 factory bin and then I also downloaded the cx-data file version 3.xxx then I put the box on factory default and the loaded the 2-27-09 bin. and it still does not work. can sombody p[lease help.
