Just wondering what the problem might be. I am running 110 and 119 sat signals but just out of the blue lost all my 119 channels I have captiveworks 800 pvr. Is it the switch or is there a way of downloading those 119 channels back into the receiver???

We have posted a new fix for CW 800 today, try the new fix first and let us know if that worked if not there is few other steps you can try.
