I have cw premium600s. The international channels are down and I was interested in getting the true fta on satellite 15W, european channels. Any one know how to do this? Is it available in Ontario?

There are few European channels available on 15W (mostly radio channels) and here they are, i am not sure if you can get them in Ontario. They have a very weak signal, depending on what channels you are interested in there is other options such as 97w. Here are the Europeans channels available on 15w

15W Antenna Satellite (Greek) (Eastern USA only)
15W BVN TV (Dutch)
15W BYU TV
15W Radio Pampa
15W RNW 1 radio
15W RNW 2 radio E
15W RNW 3 radio Sp/P
15W TV Pampa (Purtugal)

No that channel isn't on 97W, but as you can see even on 15W is available (Eastern USA only) . With you living in Eastern Canada you might have a shot to get that sat but i can't confirm that. It depends on your area and all of these sat's have a very weak signal and they are hard to get no matter where you live. Try lyngsat.com and see if they got any info about 15W for your area.
