I have a cw700 ever since I loaded the newest bin file epg will not populate as before. The only way to get it to populate is if I go to channel 200 CNN put the receiver on standby and leave it that way over night. But if I have to shut off main power switch at back of the receiver for any reason and turn it back on all epg is gone again and will not come back unless I put on standby over night again. Since I've had this receiver which is for some time now I've never had this problem before. In the past after loading current bin I would have epg in a mater of minutes. Any body else having this kind of problem? Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried to go to channel 200 ( CNN ) with the receiver on, it should get the epg after 5 min. Is your time setup correctly?

Yes to both questions,but I think I found the problem. When I checked the stb firmware it had v1.2.2 so I downloaded current file v1.03 and deleted all sats. Re-scanned sats and loaded latest bin file and everything is working normal again. I get epg within minutes for all channels. Thanks for your reply.
