Card share on your CaptiveWorks 700 also 800 and 600 Ultima and 650

This is some stuff I found on Card sharing, all you will need is to find a Card share Server to connect to.

How to run card share:

• You need the extra tool to run the card share
  
• Connect the receiver to computer with a NULL cable and make sure computer is connected to the internet.
  
• Open the tool csc.exe
  
• Go to setting-->option->setup correct com port
  
• Go to setting-->start...
  
• Then go on receiver do F1 555(make sure patch is enabled F1 000)
  
• If you have correct setup you will see the ecm come on the tool and cw

i have purchased a captive works ultima reciever to hook up to an old dish 500 satellite, i'm stumped. have nothing, can anyone help. what are the proper steps to take
or tell me if this is the place to ask a question

USB Instructions

Download and Unzip latest bin file.

Transfer unzipped file onto USB stick then plug it into the box. You should see a message that says USB ready. Now press the USB button on remote and then scroll to the right to open the Software tab. Look for new file and press OK to load it. After it loads, it will ask you if you want to reboot, say YES.

When it reboots then go in menu and do a Factory Default. Then reboot again from the rear power switch. When it comes back up again, now you can setup satellites and options and rescan all satellites. After that is done, exit out of all menus and with the remote press F1 000 to enable the Patch. You should see a message on your tv that will say PATCH ENABLED. Now wait for keys to roll and watch tv.

Hi guys
as i said befire i did fellow all instructions but nothing is up . Just wonder if i have the correct bin file in my cw 800. How can i make sure everything is really set? All im getting from the p0rogram i downloaded here is this message : Ca/ci system unsuport by server stb _caid. PROBABLY COULD BE MY ROUTER, DONT KNOW I HAVE A CHEAP ONE MY ESSENTIALS WICH IS UNRECOGNIOZE EVERYWHERE. LOL Help !

captive works uses card sharing. you will have to contact the server for directions to pay and share channels. beware of scams.

That is a private server so be careful who pay.You can PM Fta Pro I think he has sent members in the right direction or he will see this post and reply.My two cents is buy you a nFusion Solaris or Phoenix.No bill after that and nF has open cnls on DN and Bev.

Honestly, im not looking for private servers. Im just testing the CW and see what it can do or its capabilities . No more than that. if you guys know public and free servers fine. I dont trust Private servers ( my personal opinion ). Thanks a lot for your help, although im quite disapointed with this forum .
