CW 3K and 4K backup and restore...30 minutes with all settings .

1 goto admin pass word is 1111 hit enter

2 now find back up and put a dvd-r or dvd+r

3 back up system

4 dont worry about failed disk check

5 save disk in safe place



restore system

1 get cw-lmc-recovery-1.0.1.16-r1.iso at CaptiveWorks or use cd thst came with cw3000 or 4000

2 ok now u will need green blue red rca connectors to view tv
after recovery disk and after recovery unplug hdmi and go to connection on tv that it will be on

3 now to start recovery disk shut down system restart now as soon ad u see cw logo pop up hit f11 on keyboard
now u will see drives on tv go to dvd drive and hit enter

4 now wait till u see options choose whats best for u full restore 1 i use now wait till system reboots fully

5 you will have black screen after logo and boot shut down and connect other cable to red green blue and reboot
it will boot up then u can see screen will not be right go to disply setup
and redo your hdmi settings and then shut down and reconnect hdmi and set tv for hdmi

6 boot system back up and go in admin and install harddrive let it reboot and then

7 now goto install and get 17r2 and install let it do its thing and then restart

8 now booted back up goto updates and then downloads and download xbmc then to install and install xbmc

9 go back to user and then xbmc and install navi-x after install of navi-x

10 now reboot and install sc file you have to reboot system

11 now go intoi admin and go to restore put dvd in and hit restore

12 reboot and done

all seeting will be thare just remember backup movies


now just go to browser and add plugins and same with hulu
