It has been brought to my attention that there was an omission in the "Quick Start Section" of the "Coolsat R-link all-In-One How to Guide" that may be causing some people to receive a "patch fail Error"

thanks for pointing out the oversite (omission) in the "Quick Setup Section" in regards to powering up the r-link when loading the patch file and the "failed error" it causes..

That guide has been downloaded several thousand time from many sites - there are many reports of a patch fail error.. But never once has anybody figured it was from a lack of powering up the r-link during the loading process..

Guys - please post the fact of the omission and the need to power up the r-link prior to running the patch file - this may prevent the reports of the "patch fail error"
