reset the router, r-link. how do i clean the config file from the r-link. thanks

You'll have to factory reset, load factory file and start all over like you did when you first downloaded R-Link files.

try that too, load r-link file too r-link , fac. reset dpwn load file into coolsat rec.. fac. reset scan, still the red light on r-link. dont know what to do now.

Run your internet cable straight from your modem to dongle, if that works then something is wrong with your router.
