I keep losing 406 Setanta and all 500 channels.
I downloaded new factory files and re-scanned. This fixes the problem, but only for 30 min or so. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like your signal is week. Can you let us know which receiver are you using and your signal and quality strengtht.

I don't know if you have snow possibly on your dish if you do clean it. Or it could be a lose connection on your LNB's or your Disque switch. Check your signal & quality %, it's possible that your dish moved slightly.

I have a similar problem.
I have two sets, Viewsat Ultra and extreme. After loading the current bin file extreme is working fine but ultra is missing few 6XX channels and screen shows that channels have moved but extreme is playing all those channels.
I have reloaded the file on ultra and even scanned the channels but still same problem exists.

You can try the same steps mentioned above, if that doesn't work you can try factory default, load the latest factory file and then the latest autoroll fix and rescan your sat's.
