Problem downloading file to box.
Each time I hook my computer to the link cable it tries to install new hardware. After it fails I try to load the file but it just sits here. I have tried doing a hard reset multiple times to initiate the download. Any ideas?

Are you using a 9 Pin Null modem cable to USB?
