Well as usuall they have zapped us again and the Colstat 5000 is scrambled again.
I'm not a rocket scientist but the FTA satalite must have a way to send a new signal to their customers so as thay don't loose their signal. Sure would be nice if someone could buid a FTA box that would also pick up that signal that resets the box automaticaly.
This site has been a blessing and I appreciate all that you do for us with the latest updates etc. Keep up the good work, and if any of the staff members are Rocket Scientist maybe he should look into what I was talking about and design his own box which I'm sure would make him very rich too.

090203 & 090225 also found 081225,081222,081206,and 081127 All working fine on ultra and xtreme with no freezing so far ! From 081125 back to 080519 Not working at all !

What ever you do don't pay 2 000 $ for a receiver. Nfusion is only $160 and works 99% of the time. The Pansat coders are working on this problem and we should have something soon.

Wow 2000$ dollars is alot of Fn money to buy what something that doesnt work? like Fta Pro said Nfusion is the way to go if ur looking for least down time,,or else I would look at a Sonicview they have been running for like a cpl months on 1 fix,,,goodluck,,and what ever you do ,,,dont waste 2 grand on some thing thats gonna dissapoint you big time,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,you mite as well pay the provider!!!

2000 dollars is what I paid for my big dish setup.Then I upgraded the receiver and that was another 750 $ after 10 yrs.Its better than the nFusion as far as fta goes.Rain, sleet,snow or hail it never goes down.My dish has been completely covered in snow and I still got reception.On the big dish if you wanted to pay for premium movie cnls you would get 10 or 15 extra movie cnls that DN and DT don't offer which does not make any sense.I mean the cnls are there so why don't they let the subscribers have them.Even some of the supposed to be scrambled cnls are free plus allot of wild feeds.I already spent the money and say it was and is still worth it.Doing it over I would have to say this biz is allot easier and cheaper.
