It has been good the last few weeks, with no down time, but every good thing comes to a end and then the pros are always there to put it back together again. FTA PRO I would like to say what a great job you and the others have been doing. Thanks for all that you do.

Folks/FTA Pro I have been having some trouble with the last two file fixes (ending withthe suffix "femu") for my FTA pansat 6000HXC receiver. My screen is completely blank. Help!

You can try hard boot first OFF and ON via rear switch. If it doesn't work do factory reset load latest factory file then the latest fix.That solves the problem most of the time.

I have tried both the hard reboot and system factory reset. The same problem remains. The screen is blank without even the "scrambled channel" message.

It's as if the fix file is not meant for my machine. I am using a Pansat 6000hxc on the Nimiq 2/Ku antennae from a location in Jamaica. The system worked brialliantly before February 13, 2009.

I don't know what is going on with these last 2 bins but we are looking into it.
The designation numbers are a little confusing as they are older bin's designations. Seems like a lot of people are having issues with last 2 femu bin's , there is still no solution for it. If we find a way to make them work we will let you guys know, thanks for your patience.
