I have a cw700 and just loaded newest bin, I can't get any epg on any channels on dn, I've never had this problem before. I did a factory default rescaned all channels again and still nothing. Any suggestions?

Make sure your setting are right and your EPG is on. Try turning the receiver off for a few min and turn it back on and see if EPG populates.

I don't have the option of turning on or off the epg, just in insallation I have a choice of old or new style epg. I re-checked all settings still nothing. Shut off receiver for an hour no luck. Also today I did a clean factory flash V1.02 still no help. One more thing if I may ask I'm having trouble when scanning channels on EchoStar 7 119 it keeps missing three channels 105.107,108 I've scanned at 12224 and 12239 several times with no luck I suscribe to DN and I checked on there receiver and I know that ch 105 comes in on 119 any help here would be appreciated. Thanks for anwsering before.

To get the epg your time and date needs to be correct, than go on channel 200 (CNN) and wait for about 5 min and you should get the epg.

If you are missing channels try a blind scan.

Thanks for the help went to ch200 all epg came back, I did a blind scan and got missing channels,but after blind scan lost epg again,but I think I can deal with it I'll try putting back on ch200. for a while again. Thanks again for all the help.
