i have a sv-360 premier receiver a sg fta dish motor 33"offset universal dish antenna/lnbone sngle lnb dgl-780lnb i get a strength of 70 and quality 0 and wend i scan it come back failed i need help to get this on

If you have zero quality then your scans will fail.Adjust your dish.Your receiver will comfirm that you are locked on a sat and right sat according to what sat your setting up in dish settings.
