i had him shut it down with the main power switch (rear) at 6:00 pm tonight, he left it off for 1/2 hr. still the same result. I may have to break down and take a drive out to his house, the only problem is with no internet service there it is really hard to get to this very helpfull resource. I really appreciate all of your guys help. I don't need to waist anymone of your time tonight. Thanks again, you guys rock

Let us know if you guys get it to work, maybe while you there write down his settings so it's easier for us to find the problem. Good luck.
