what setting should be on these in the pansat 2700 in order to pickup 123w or G-10R/ku i have 36 inch dish with fta/fss/linear LNB

Before you set up 123W i would recommend loading factory file and doing a blind scan instead of regular scan. These are the settings you re looking for.
I think you are using Standard LNB so try the first set up first.

GALAXY 10 (if using Standard)
Sat Name: Galaxy 10R
Transponder: 11800
LNB Type: Standard
LNB Freq: 10750

GALAXY 10 (if using Universal)
Sat Name: Galaxy 10R
Transponder: 11800
LNB Type: Universal
LNB Freq Lo: 9750
LNB Freq Hi: 10600
