Dear studmuffen50,

Only the receiver can open the file. Here is the info on how to load the file:

How to load the file using USB

Download and unzip file and put it on your USB stick

Insert the USB drive into the front USB port of Sonicview 360 Premier

Press Menu; Choose PVR; Choose USB Drives; Press OK; Highlight file and press OK button to download.

After the receiver downloads and reboots take your USB out, turn off from back, count to five and turn back on.

I got the same exact message with my 360!

You do not need Adobe to open a file unless it has text or pictures.To open a file for use, right click your mouse choose extract to bin file or extract all.If you are using usb,right click and choose extract all and then browse and find your usb drive,after you click on the usb drive click next and the file will be sent to your usb.Make sure to close or shut down usb before unpluging it from your pc.
