Other sites staying there is a fix for viewsat receivers on the bin files to be published tomarrwo on the 23rd...is there any truth to this..before I break down an pay for cable?

Have not seen that info but it would be nice because VS needs to be doing something or they will lose big $'s.No word on fixes but they will be posted minutes after there release.

Some sites are claiming to have a fix for all receivers but it's all BS. VS camp is one of the best in fta and they will be one of the first to come up with a fix, can't give you a time frame but it won't be that long. You can set up a true fta dish and watch something in the mean time or watch some of the channels that are still available. It's not much but better then dark screen, this channels are still up

What channel frequency are being used to see some of the channels

sat 110 and 119 I believe.

not getting any channels on vs ultra lite. ....wha.....

tradingplaces you can try a hard boot (switch off receiver from switch on back for about a minute and then back on) see if that helps bring in what few n2 channels are left, I'll list them below again so you can check and see if that brought them in

You can try San's suggestion if it doesn't work, do factory reset and rescan your sat's again. Also make sure you have loaded the latest file available for VS Ultra Lite.
