Are you using your receiver for Telefonica or tru fta sat? Try hard boot OFF and ON via rear switch.

Try This :)
318kaylee if you have already tried the hard boot and that did not work, you can try a factory default, but remember you will have to set up your birds again in installation and rescan your channels. Remember to write down all setting in installation like port settings/lnb type and so on, so you can put them back in like they were before you did the factory default

Yeah, it would be nice to know what are you trying to get with your VS receiver cuz if you are looking for DN or BEV you will be wasting your time.
