Default Satellite location?

In Putski's message to tracieok, he mentioned that Charlie and bev were good satellites to get up and running on. Where are they and do I need any special codes to make them work? I have a Sonicview SV-360 premier, and I still don't know what the clean codes and the bin codes are. Also any other satellite locations that work easy would be helpful. Thanx for your help.
