Pointing to BEV rather then DN in USA would definitely be safer as Canadian laws don't apply in states and same goes for ppl living in Canada pointing at DN is way safer then pointing at BEV. Which makes sense as an American you are potential DN customer not BEV customer so you are not taking any business from DN if you are pointed at Canadian sat provider. One router is all you need and if you are looking for BEV NFusion receiver would be your best bet.

Sould someone hook the NFusion right up to router? Do you think it is safe?

There is a slight risk of course but IKS is the only way to watch TV right now, you can use IP Hider as well. But to be honest there is to many IP addresses for DN to track if they are gonna do anything to stop IKS they would shut down IKS servers instead of tracking every single IP that is connected to servers. Also whenever you are not using receiver turn it off via rear switch.

I have a SV 360 Elite, as far as iks goes is this a good receiver to use or is there a better one for service?

as far as IKS go's I believe Nfusion is the best buy and you get charlie and bev channels,,,nfusion has the most channels up and running compared to the other IKS boxes...

SV 360 Elite is a great receiver but support for SV hasn't been the best compering to some some other IKS manufactures. Even though the SV has the most working channels on DN the fix is still unstable and freezing quit a bit, hopefully SV camp will be able to fix the freezing soon.

Long time my friend. I have been here off and on and now that I am out of work my new uncle obama has sent me back to college. So with no tv I can study hard.
Now my brother is staying with us so I have to figure out tv again. Was hoping for the n thing to get here but who knows about when and where.
OK for the question of the day then I can put my 360elite off line and put in a Nfusion is there any one better then the other? Or should I say any combination that is the best to get? And does the Nfusion have the same problem as SV about the freezing? Big difference in price from 65 to a few hundred dollars for a whole new system.

Hello bizzaro how you been, on the receiver question I would have to say nfusion would be the way to go at this time, it is up and running smoother than sonicview at this time. You may want to look at the nfusion solaris, which is a good receiver and if you are looking for a HD receiver than there is nfusion HD also. You do not have to worry about a hub with the nfusion as it is already built into the unit. Just need router/internet/cat 5 cable and your receiver. Hope this helps
