problem entering a code - FTA Files Community Forums for Satellite Equipment

I just acquired a code for Akai Japan but Everytime I try to input a numerical digit into the code it won't let me go to where the numbers (0-9) button is located. This is my first experience with this setup. Any assistance would be appreciated.

you can use the numbers on your remote to input numbers.

i got the same problem whit an i-link is8000 i set the codes and still see no picture not sure if the file is not good or the codes any help please in advance thaks
