try this it works lots better with nano prem. it might work on your receiver 2,!if you recently put 30 day trial in your box this is just like that different info! here you go! menu, info, network, net application, tipe in dream,1,Newcamd, input-ip address,server is 212.117.167.145, port 9874,Au-on, auth, next page instead of trial type japan in its place in ID. and password ,DesKey is all 9's 28 of them , exit!!! should be good / better worth watching ,good luck, hope this works better 4 u like it did me !! i tried it on 1 receiver 1st without a doubt i switch the other 1 right a way!! and again i'm not triing to affend anybody just passing along ,FYI "HAPPY NEW YEAR" to all fellow members!!!!

I also had a lot of freezing and switched to japan server and working much better now, thank you brother for sharing the info.Happy holidays.

I enter the info that 'milli' provided but when I get to Input Address I change it to 'IP address' and okay it, then I went to Server and I can't enter the 12 digit address with periods...I can enter the numbers but without periods I don't think the address will work. The other info such as Port, ID and password do save.
I can't figure out how to load the IP address into the Server.
I have followed 'How to setup Nano Premium for private server' guide.
Help Please !
