The fixes are posted as soon as the coders are finished. Some coders need a little more time then others as the receivers are different.

See here is the proof of Norw's inability to keep up with the other coders, 3 days into a partial ECM and the coolsat 6100/7100 is the only bin still not written. Time to leave coolsat in the dust I'd say.

Files for Coolsat 6100 and 7100 are written by different coders then files for the rest of Coolsat models.That is why there is a delay.But yes you are right CS 6100/7100 files seem to be last to come out.
