Hi everyone I've just moved and have my round 18" mounted to a plywood box ,sitting on the ground ,single lnb ,I've lost all my electronic helpers and since reordered ,but who knows when they will arrive .I live in Atlantic Can. where we go by postal codes and not zip codes. I have a engineer's compass but when I go on www.dishpointer.com it gives me 15.4* elavation which I understand but the true 243.47* or the magn 262.49* I just don't seem to get this .can someone point me in the right direction thanks Geebye

If none of the info above wasn't useful to you all you can do is play around with your dish, move it left and right once you find the elevation. It will make your life a lot easier if you can find an old DN or BEV receiver and use it to find the right sats.
