Sorry to hear that you could not go fishing wudda been fun if waves weren't so bad. Been out in 6-8 foot seas, that was rough. We still went fishing though, and even caught some. Just harder to stand and fish and feel the bite. It was enough to make a land-lubber wish they were some where else. But I was thrilled by the experience. Gave me true insight into what I will not do when I get my own deep water boat.

that still wanted to go out! The captain thought I was nuts... but said he'd take me for the right price! LOL I passed on it this time! Next time that will be my main focus is to go fishing! I've done the beach thing... now it's time for the fishing trip! We are planning to go again soon... I'm going to read up on when the best time is to go! Oh, well... we had a very nice trip! There will be another time!

JusBNme I was watching Clemson v Miami, and they showed the beach. Saw a lot of waves. Don't recall ever seeing it that rough there. BTW Clemson beat Miami (yippee).

the water was very choppy thursday... the waves on the beach were much bigger than any other day... so it was best we didn't go! my hubby and I were just bumming though! We'll catch it next time!
