Default What color should the two lights be under the ethernet connection on the box?

I have one green and one yellow, Looking at the back of the box the left one is green the right is yellow. Are these correct?

Default Did factory reset!! Just a reset.

Did teh reset through the reset data menu. then I looked at the system information and it still shows July 22, 2011 Software version 1.00.05,32. So is the update not working, should it be a different date with a factory reset? Any help please.

Default Is I-link 9000 up or down as at August 6, 2011?

Can anyone tell me if the server is up or down since my channels are scrambled today and it was working perfectly last night.

They are working on the server but it's still down, hopefully not for much longer.

Did some checking and it doesn't matter which way you load it by usb or loader and null cable it still comes up July 22nd in system info. The July 30th file is 2.88Mb instead of the usual 2.92Mb.

Below is a screen shot made by timster.Note the Software Version as 1.00.05.32, this is correct even though the software date is not correct.
