IksJapan users getting their codes now they have proper info.

IKSJapan had some errors in their order form which made every user send 10 or 20 duplicate emails as well as not collecting the correct information on the order form. This is what held up their process.

You are able to check your MTCN number and if you didn't get your code you will see that they don't have your money. They need your full information in order to send your code. I'm sure once they get through the thousands of emails they have you will get your codes as many already have.

They did not say they were canceling the free trial. They actually already canceled it until they had problems getting you your codes. This is why they reactivated the free trial so that you wouldn't be without TV while waiting on your codes.

I talked with the Akai Japan Group and they said that they are slammed and they will have it under control shortly. They also said they will be adding all of the missing channels back and solve any freezing. They will be including ALL SD & HD PPV's Every day of the week, All internationals, Latino's and locals.

I'm sure that once they clear up the mess they will do what they do best and get us some freeze free TV.

You guys need to understand this is not a new group they are the only Private Server Group who is supporting the public bin files so that you don't have to buy new receivers.

On top of all the above users who were ordering public did not inform them which public receiver they had. So during this time IKSJapan has created new bin files to make every thing universal now. All Japan Public codes will work on all Japan Supported Receivers. Sonicview files were released tonight to make this happen.

OH and make sure you are paying to the correct First name:, Last Name. I was told that many users put the wrong name. Wrong name, no sender country or state, clearly a mess that take more then 24 hours to clean up.

thanks pro that should make stuff more simple across the board ...nice... and i have the few month old akai code thing and tried the trial and it seems to be about the same ..freezie ATM.. but im sure as always they will line it out soon as they can,its all part of the hobby .. the way i see it is thats why we have backup which was the x-1 for me ..so backup,backup for now ...lolll!!
