Default KBox V4 Hub Setup

You should already have the 1.81 factory bin on your receiver after a System Recovery. Unless it's a new Box

Now you need to load the PS104_100_20110303 or latest file to your receiver via usb stick, and do another System Recovery.

Go to Menu > Configuration > Network Settings ensure it says DHCP in top right hand corner of your screen.
Now look at bottom of screen and you will see Blue Button says Server Setup,
Push Blue button on Remote and you 'll enter a screen that looks like this.

Server Setup
1 off
2 off
3 off
4 off
5 off

Highlight any 1 of the 5 server slots and hit OK on "Remote"

Now you enter the Private Server Screen which looks like this:

Name or IP Address ***************
Port *************
ID ****************
Password **************
DES Key ******************
Connect ******************

OK edit Red Button

Once you get the Private Server the stuff above will make sense.

Once you enter the server name " exit on Remote "
Enter port number they send you from p/s "you'll get 2 only put in 1" exit on remote
it will go back to server setup screen, and ask you do you want to save changed settings "Say Yes" What Ever Number you highlighted 1st go back to it and push the outside arrow around the OK on Remote to the right to reveal server name you typed in and say OK.
Now enter your ID number sent to you from P/S
Now enter Password sent to you from P/S " ID and Password same number "
Now enter DES Key sent to you from P/S
Go to bottom of page and hit Red Button on Remote to save.
Now go back to connect and say OK on remote and exit. "Say yes to everything it ask while Exiting."
