Default nfusion hd no screen

Got a new nfusion hd last week and it will not show anything on the tv screen, when I turn it on it shows the booting. loading, running and then goes to the clock like evrything is fine.I have tried it with coax and hdmi cable still nothing.I have had coolsat and CW boxes but have never had this kind of a problem, looked all over on forums and cant find any solutions,do you have to be on a differant channel other than 3 or 4 with this unit?

You need to to do antenna setup properly and load the factory file as well.

If you are using the HDMI cable ( as you should to get the best picture ) you would need to be on HDMI input.

Most TV's will have a "INPUT" button on the remote control, just have the receiver on and press the input button until you see the picture.

Thanks FTA do you think i have a hardware problem with nfusion hd? The link I did read but how can I setup the box to read the usb stick when I cant get the box to show anything on the tv screen all. Its not sending any signal to tv thru coax or hdmi.I can hook my coolsat back up and its fine so I know its not a coax or tv issue.

You can try loading factory file using RS-232C cable instead of USB stick. If you get the factory file loaded you should be ok to load other files via USB stick. Factory file resets the receiver to "virgin" state.

As long as you have S/Q the lnb will work.
