Looks like power to the USB is off when the receiver is turned off with the remote, so the cooling pad turns off.
Yes, what happens to the failure of the switch on the back, if I turn it on and off like few times every day. Some other guy was telling that he used an external power supply to let the fan run all the time. |

I just had a thought if I connected this cooling pad to a USB AC charger, that may work to leave the fan on all the time?
Wonder if it is safe? and also how much power does it use? |
