Default Question on NFusion HD

This is working OK with NOI v.1.23a.
So, having a PC running all the time, and does
this program sort of freeze after running constant?
I have 2 NFusion HD and one i-link9000.
I like i-link9000 as it does not need a PC to be running
but NFusion HD is great for watching in HD but needs a PC.
So, do all HD FTAs require a PC?

No only NFusion HD requires a PC as that is the only way to connect to servers using NOI.

Default Question HD FTA

So, besides NFusion HD which requires a PC, can one recommend what is the best HD FTA that does not require a PC?

I personally would buy Sonicview 8000HD, i have one and love it but there is also other choices like I-Link,Limesat,Viewsat etc. but SV has the best support and lots of options. Picture on NF HD is slightly better in SD then on SV but SV HD board is much better then NF it doesn't get nearly as hot.

Yes V2 is the latest but it will be hard to find one with a 8psk board installed, try ebay you might get lucky.

No it won't but if you decide to buy I-Link 9500 hd your Nfusion board will work with I-Link

Default Regarding HD FTA

But you were recommending Sonicview 8000HD, i think i will not buy I-link HD.
I do have i-link 9000 and seems to be OK.
I like NFusion HD but sometimes it is just a hassle at times when have to run PC, otherwise NFusion HD works well.
