Buy a cheap laptop cooling fan with USB output
Plug in the fan to the back USB port on the receiver
Go to the menu and select "installation"
Select "storage"
Select "USB Slot Rear"
Scroll down to "Upgrade S/W" and select "OK"
Select the green button to turn the fan on "Upgrade S/W"
