Question what's up

Running a 250sm and a 3500 both with nov13 fix. 250 running fine 3500
is down. both off of same dish with dual lnb,s is there a new fix for 3500???

Default

The last available fix is from Nov.11.2008 and it should be working for you.

Maybe try reloading the fix.

Sometimes you got to set default keys if it wont auto roll kind of like kick starting the auto roll.

'Set Default Key' and is located in parental control/ second pin or 8282 with remote while on a channel.

Which factory file are you using?

Default

Your Pansat 3500 should be up with latest fix. Try rebooting your receiver via rear switch OFF and back ON. Works most of the time.
