Pansat stopped supporting that model long time ago. You will need to convert to Puff to get it going.

I'm testing SV360 Premeir,Coolsat 4000,5000, 6000, and Pansat 2500

testing Coolsat 4000,5000,6000, SV 360Premeir, and Pansat 2500 b75. I'm trying to get to the files but it keeps telling me I don't have acesss. I bought my membership whats going on???

I clicked on the website you gave to me for the sv 360p and it took me right to were I need to login in? Why can't I get the files to come up? I Bought my membership, what's the deal???

Did you try to login in?And you could try to register you may have to set up everything.Did you get any kind of temperary password.The link I posted to you should have taken you to the sv360p fix.
