I would, do factory reset and start all over to avoid duplicate channels as well.

I see there is a march fix a couple of weeks ago someone said to use a jan fix was I mis led? with the dish 1000.2 I choose dish pro no 22k I get an option for disc not sure if thats right but the option is 1.0 or 1.1 position 1 2 3 4 I am aware echo 7 goes on # 2 but at 1.0 or 1.1 and at the bottom it will ask to scan when I do this I see channels but it will lock up anywhere form 2-16% signal good quality good both over 80% I will fatory reset and use a march fix I would like to know if echo 6 and echo 7 are correct and if so set them up and do a blind scan or do the scan at the bottom of my setup screen?

March file is working fine for Pansat 9200, that's the file you should use.After factory reset select one sat at the time and scan, then exit completely and see if it works.If it does repeat the same for other sat's.

after starting from scratch echo 6 and 7 are perfect untill last night freeze every 5 min for 5 min signal and quality are all 90's

That's because of the new ECM, all Pansats are freezing. You have done everything right just need a new file and you are styling.
