Unhappy Pansat 3500 stuck at b-80

My friends Pansat 3500 stuck on b-80 after the last upgrade. Does this require j-tagging the receiver to free it up?

No it doesn't have to be j-taged but there is a few steps to get it work again. Follow all the steps carefully and he will be up and running in no time.

Make a note of your antenna settings.

You need a NULL modem cable Pansat 3500S - Null
Pansat 3500SD - Null & SD CARD

You will need the B-80 Factory Bin Version 6

You will need The loader program Loader2

You will need the latest bin for Pansat 3500.

You will need to create a directory on your computer - Call it Pansat... Download and unzip the loader program to that directory. Download the factory bin and latest bin to the same directory and unzip it there.

You will need to know what dish you have on the roof and how to do your installation settings.

You need to read and follow the instructions on loading the latest bin.

Good luck... It looks complicated but it isn't .

No fabien_1, you don't need to do this. Just load the new fix file when is finished.

Fabien_1 Please don't hijack someone else's thread, i already asked you yesterday not to do that. If you are having problems start your own thread with the issue you are having. This thread is about PS 3500 stuck on b-80 not 318 bin.

Unhappy

We tried to load files via the Null Modem Cable. The loader progam GTROM Loader v35.01 does not seem to be communicating with the receiver. I can't find Loader2 that you mentioned. Thanks for your help.
