i jtaged pansat with correct file for chip but still no display on front i know eeprom was corrupted doese anyone know how to program eeprom with jkeys

You should try skymax and if possible windows 98 it seems to work better then XP. If you are using Windows XP read instructions below.

Here is some info on how to jtag using windows XP:
If you want to use skymax with windows XP, right click on skymax, go to properties > compatibility > compatibility mode > check mark there and select windows 98/ME.
This should work for you.
